Dr Frank Bannor is a Lecturer at the Department of Economics & Applied Mathematics, GIMPA. He is currently a Research Fellow at the Africa Policy Lens, and a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at the University of Johannesburg, South Africa.

He holds a Ph.D. in Economics from the University of Johannesburg, South Africa; a Master of Science in Economics, a Bachelor of Science in Economics and Statistics awarded by the Kwame Nkrumah University Science and Technology (KNUST) – Ghana, a Ph.D. non-degree covering Impact Assessment and Climate Economics from the Norwegian University of Life Sciences (NMBU) – Oslo, Norway, and a Higher National Diploma (HND) in Statistics from Accra Technical University, Ghana.
