GACL'S GH¢30M DIVIDEND IS MANUFACTURED AND MISLEADING - AFRICA POLICY LENS

The Africa Policy Lens (APL) has reviewed the Ghana Airports Company Limited (GACL) 2025 Audited Accounts as presented at its 11th Annual General Meeting and concludes that the much-publicized GH¢30 million dividend to Government is manufactured and does not reflect operational performance, as is being made to believe.

While the Ghana Airport Company Limited and the government seek to present this as evidence of a dramatic turnaround, the GACL report itself exposes serious underlying weaknesses.
