EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
The Phase III analysis covers 1,627 completed records. The study used a census-style outreach to the target delegate population rather than a probability sample. Accordingly, the report does not attach a conventional sampling margin of error to the estimates. The principal uncertainties are instead coverage, nonresponse, measurement, questionnaire routing and data-quality effects. The findings describe the preferences and perceptions recorded in the dataset; they are not an election forecast and do not establish how delegates will ultimately vote.
Across the single-choice contests, the data show very different levels of consolidation. The General Secretary and National Organizer questions have relatively concentrated response distributions, while Chairman, Treasurer, Women Organizer and Youth Organizer retain sizeable 'Don't Know' shares. The Communication Director item is a yes/no assessment of Dennis Miracles Aboagye rather than a multicandidate ballot question and is therefore reported separately.
